Our Partnerships
The Businesses Behind the Danielle's Coffee Story
Danielle’s Coffee is built on a small number of valued hospitality partners who have supported the business over many years.
Rather than focusing on volume, we focus on meaningful relationships, consistency, service, and quality.
Discover cafés and locations serving our coffee.
Stop. Coffee has been Danielle’s Coffee’s longest-standing wholesale partner for over 13 years. What began as a business relationship has grown into a lasting friendship with Nicola, Mike and the whole team.
Together, we’ve developed a unique coffee blend created exclusively for Stop. Coffee, carefully crafted to suit their customers and values. Their blend is certified Fairtrade, Rainforest Alliance and Organic, reflecting their commitment to serving responsibly sourced, high-quality coffee.
We’re incredibly grateful for their trust, friendship and continued support over the years, and we’re proud to be part of their coffee journey.
I first met Deb in 2014 when she visited my premises in Bridgnorth to taste coffees for her new café. She chose my Premium Blend, a carefully balanced blend of five different coffees, and we’ve been working together ever since.
It’s been fantastic to watch The Wenlock Smoothie grow over the years, knowing our coffee has been part of their journey. The Premium Blend works beautifully in their café, delivering a smooth, balanced espresso that their customers love.
As well as supplying their coffee, I regularly visit to provide barista training, helping the team maintain consistently high coffee standards and giving staff the confidence to get the very best from every cup.
It’s always a pleasure to visit. Deb’s warm welcome, homemade cakes and delicious sandwiches make every training session one to look forward to!
I was introduced to Jane D’Arcy in 2018 after she had taken the keys to her new premises on Bridgnorth High Street. I was excited to meet her and hear about her plans for what has become a thriving café in such a fantastic location.
From the beginning, Jane chose to serve Danielle’s Coffee, and it’s been a pleasure watching the business grow. They get through plenty of coffee, and as I’m from Bridgnorth myself, I regularly hear friends and customers commenting on just how good the coffee is. It’s always lovely to know they’re enjoying a cup made with our Premium Blend.
These days, Jane’s son Tom runs the café, and it’s been great continuing that relationship. He recently sent me one of the most beautiful photos of a coffee he’d made, which says so much about the care and pride the team puts into every cup they serve.
Supplying Coffee at D’Arcy’s has been a pleasure from the very beginning, and I’m proud to continue supporting such a well-loved independent café in the heart of Bridgnorth.
I first worked with Sarah back in 2014 when she was running her Michelin-starred restaurant, and I was delighted to supply the coffee there. In 2024, Sarah took over Castle Kitchen in the beautiful town of Montgomery, and I was incredibly proud to continue our partnership.
Sarah is an exceptional chef, and in my opinion, her food is second to none. Everything is prepared using fresh, seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, and the passion and care she puts into every dish is something truly special. Watching her create in the kitchen is nothing short of inspiring.
Sarah has supported Danielle’s Coffee from the very beginning, and it means a great deal to have our coffee served alongside the incredible food she creates. It’s a partnership I’m genuinely proud of.
Leanne, the café manager, shares the same passion for quality coffee and works hard to maintain consistently high barista standards. That commitment to excellence is exactly what brings Danielle’s Coffee to life and ensures every customer enjoys the very best cup.
Thank you to Sarah, Leanne and the whole team for welcoming Danielle’s Coffee into your hospitality business once again. It’s a pleasure to be part of your journey.
After the burglary at Danielle’s Coffee HQ in Burwarton, I moved into a beautiful new training space in Ludlow. In 2020, Damien arranged to meet me there to taste coffees for his exciting new venture, Chapter 66, at Ludlow Castle.
Damien is an exceptionally talented chef whose passion for food shines through in every dish. Using the finest seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, he creates beautifully balanced menus that celebrate the very best produce throughout the year. Set within the stunning surroundings of Ludlow Castle, with views across the historic castle grounds, Chapter 66 offers a truly memorable dining experience.
Damien was the very first customer to visit my new training room, and we’ve continued working together ever since. He chose my Mocha Java Blend, a rich and full-flavoured coffee that perfectly complements the quality and atmosphere of Chapter 66.
One memory I’ll always treasure is telling Damien that I was expecting my first son, Frank, after finishing a staff training session. Moments like that remind me that the relationships I build with my customers often become so much more than business.
Over the years, Damien has supported not only Danielle’s Coffee but also my family, and I’m incredibly grateful for that. I’ve also had the pleasure of attending one of his incredible six-course tasting evenings. It was a truly special experience and perfectly showcased his creativity, attention to detail and passion for seasonal ingredients.
I’m incredibly proud that Danielle’s Coffee continues to be served at Chapter 66 and to be part of such a unique dining experience in one of Shropshire’s most iconic locations.
Some partnerships just feel like they were meant to be, and that’s exactly how I’d describe my relationship with The Station Inn.
From the moment I met Ben and Richard, I could see the passion and ambition they have for their business. Everything they turn their hand to is done with care, attention to detail and a real commitment to quality, so it means a great deal that they chose Danielle’s Coffee to be part of what they offer.
They serve one of my signature premium blends, a carefully crafted combination of three exceptional Arabica coffees from Brazil, Colombia and Costa Rica. It’s a beautifully balanced coffee that perfectly complements the high standards they bring to everything they do.
Ben has followed my journey from my original premises in Burwarton, to my training space in Ludlow, and now to my home in Norbury, just a few miles away. Throughout that journey, both Ben and his dad, Richard, have been incredibly supportive. As experienced business owners, they’ve always made it clear that if I ever need advice or a helping hand, all I have to do is ask. That kind of encouragement means more than they probably realise and reminds me how fortunate I am to have people genuinely cheering me on.
These days, The Station Inn has become one of my favourite places to visit—especially for their Friday night steak night! The food, atmosphere and warm welcome make it somewhere I’d happily recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience.
I’m incredibly proud that Danielle’s Coffee is part of The Station Inn, and I look forward to our partnership continuing for many years to come.
The Boatyard is one of those places that instantly makes you feel like you’re on holiday. Nestled beside the River Severn in the heart of Bridgnorth, it’s the perfect place to relax, enjoy great food and soak up the atmosphere. With its riverside garden, seasonal outdoor seating and beautiful views, there’s nothing quite like sitting in the sunshine with a Danielle’s Coffee while watching the river go by.
I first met Hamid and Joanne in 2014 when they took over The Boatyard, thanks to an introduction from a friend who lived in the apartment above. From day one, they made me feel incredibly welcome, and we’ve worked together ever since.
Hamid’s signature Persian dishes are absolutely exceptional, bringing incredible flavours and something truly unique to Bridgnorth. Even during their busiest summer days, Hamid and Joanne always make time for their customers with a smile, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that keeps people coming back year after year.
They chose my Premium Blend, and it’s the perfect match for everything The Boatyard offers. Sitting in the riverside garden on a sunny day with one of Danielle’s coffees in hand really does feel like a little escape.
I’m incredibly grateful that Hamid and Joanne continue to choose Danielle’s Coffee each season. It’s a partnership I’m proud of, and I always look forward to seeing what another summer at The Boatyard brings.
Broad Bean is an award-winning delicatessen in the heart of Ludlow, renowned for its outstanding range of artisan food, local produce and carefully sourced speciality ingredients. Their passion for quality makes them a perfect fit for Danielle’s Coffee.
I began supplying Ian and the team in 2020, and it’s been a pleasure working with a business that shares the same values of quality, provenance and excellent customer service. Ian stocks Danielle’s Coffee in a variety of bag sizes and grinds, so customers can enjoy freshly ground coffee that’s prepared exactly how they like it.
Alongside retail coffee, Broad Bean also serves takeaway coffee using my Triple Certified Blend, giving both local customers and visitors to Ludlow the chance to enjoy a great cup while exploring the town.
Over the years, Ian and I have shared plenty of conversations about the realities of running an independent business. We’ve supported one another through the challenges that come with being small business owners and always encouraged each other to keep going. Looking back now, it’s incredibly rewarding to see both of our businesses thriving.
I’m proud that Danielle’s Coffee sits alongside so many exceptional local and artisan products at Broad Bean, and I look forward to our partnership continuing for many years to come.
Platform 10 holds a very special place in my heart. Before it became the beautiful café it is today, I actually ran my business from a barista training room at the back of the building while it was an interior design shop owned by Bec.
I remember thinking at the time what a fantastic café the space would make one day. A few years later, Bec and her uncle transformed that vision into reality, creating Platform 10 – and I’m incredibly proud that Danielle’s Coffee has been part of the journey from the very beginning.
When it came to choosing the coffee, Bec didn’t hesitate. She selected my Premium Blend, and from the very first cup she knew it was exactly what she wanted to serve. It’s remained the perfect choice ever since.
Platform 10 is known for its magical atmosphere and wonderful attention to detail. Their Harry Potter-themed afternoon teas have become a real destination experience, and every time I visit, I’m amazed by Bec’s creativity. She has an incredible talent for turning ideas into reality, creating a café that’s completely unique and full of character.
Seeing the building transformed from the place where I once trained baristas into one of Bridgnorth’s most loved cafés makes this partnership especially meaningful. I’m incredibly proud that Danielle’s Coffee continues to be part of the Platform 10 story.
Every new partnership gives me a real boost, and this one is certainly no exception. This partnership means so much to me for both personal and professional reasons. Not only is Bishop Percy’s House a much-loved part of Bridgnorth’s history, but my very first home when I moved out on my own was on Cartway. To have Danielle’s Coffee served on a street that means so much to me personally was an incredibly exciting moment.
I’ve had the pleasure of working with Bishop Percy’s House since they first opened in 2020. Meeting Maria and the team was filled with excitement as we selected the perfect coffee, dialled in the grinder, set up the new coffee machine and completed the barista training. From the very beginning, there was a genuine passion for serving exceptional coffee, and that enthusiasm made the whole experience incredibly rewarding.
Today, Bishop Percy’s House offers visitors a wonderful place to relax with homemade food, afternoon teas and great coffee in the heart of Bridgnorth. It’s a place that celebrates quality, hospitality and local history, making it the perfect home for Danielle’s Coffee.
This partnership came at exactly the right time and gave me a real confidence boost within my hometown. More recently, I visited with my dad and enjoyed the experience from a customer’s perspective. The coffee, warm hospitality and friendly service reminded me exactly why I’m so delighted to supply Bishop Percy’s House.
I’m incredibly grateful to be part of their journey and look forward to seeing Danielle’s Coffee enjoyed by visitors for many years to come
Jack and The White Horse Inn are at the heart of the beautiful community of Clun. If there’s a fundraising event to support, a local cause that needs backing or someone who simply needs a helping hand, Jack is always there. His dedication to the village and the people around him is something I’ve always admired.
When I moved to Clun during the Covid pandemic to live with my partner, Jonny, I never really had the opportunity to get to know the local community because of the restrictions in place. As things gradually returned to normal, Jack, who already knew Jonny, kept saying, “Tell Danielle to pop in – we’d love to serve her coffee.” That warm invitation meant such a lot to me.
I’ve had the pleasure of working with The White Horse Inn ever since. There was no hesitation when it came to choosing the coffee. Jack wanted my very best blend and was happy to invest in quality because he believed in both the coffee and my business. That confidence in Danielle’s Coffee gave me a real boost.
Although we’ve since moved from Clun to Norbury, Jonny’s family are still based in the area, so we always enjoy returning to The White Horse whenever we can. The warm welcome, friendly atmosphere and genuine sense of community are exactly what make it such a special place.
I’m incredibly grateful for Jack’s support over the years and proud that Danielle’s Coffee continues to be part of The White Horse Inn.
Joanne and Leanne, a wonderful mother-and-daughter team, have created something truly special at Posenhall Tea Rooms. Set in the beautiful Shropshire countryside, they’ve transformed an old barn into a peaceful and welcoming tearoom, complete with stunning outdoor seating, delicious breakfasts and unforgettable afternoon teas.
When I first visited, Posenhall Tea Rooms didn’t exist. At the time, Joanne and Leanne were running Broseley Life Skills, supporting adults with additional needs in the very same barn.
I still remember walking into that beautiful building. There was a long wooden table in the centre of the room, a log burner keeping everyone warm on a frosty day, and the sound of laughter, conversation and people enjoying craft activities together. It felt like stepping into one of those cosy homes you see in a Christmas film. The care, patience and kindness they showed everyone there was something I’ll never forget.
As we talked, they shared their vision for the future. They dreamed of turning the barn into a tearoom, growing their own produce in polytunnels and creating opportunities for the Broseley Life Skills group to be involved along the way. Their passion was infectious, and I remember leaving that day feeling incredibly excited for what they were going to create.
I first introduced Joanne and Leanne to barista coffee in 2017, and they embraced every part of it with such enthusiasm. They were eager to learn, excited to develop their coffee offering and completely committed to creating the best possible experience for their customers.
Today, that dream has become a reality. Posenhall Tea Rooms is thriving, while Broseley Life Skills continues to play an important role alongside it. Seeing everything they imagined come to life has been a privilege, and I can’t think of two people who deserve their success more.
I’m incredibly proud that Danielle’s Coffee has been part of their journey from the beginning and look forward to many more years working together.
The Down Inn has been a familiar place in my life since my parents moved nearby when I was around 15. It became their local pub, and before long I was working a few waitressing shifts there. At just 16, I pulled my very first pint behind the bar.
Today, Steve and his team continue to run The Down Inn as a welcoming country pub, renowned for its traditional hospitality and one of the best Sunday carveries around. It’s always busy, but Steve has a remarkable way of making everyone feel welcome and rarely turns anyone away.
For The Down Inn, I supply filter coffee, with each box containing 50 pre-measured 50g bags of freshly ground coffee and 50 filter papers. It’s a simple, convenient system that helps the team serve large numbers of customers quickly and consistently, while ensuring every pot of coffee is freshly brewed and full of flavour.
Nikki looks after front of house and is always the friendly face welcoming customers through the door, as well as keeping on top of the coffee orders. Together with Steve, they’ve created a place where people return time and time again.
Over the years, it’s become the place where my family and friends have celebrated birthdays, special occasions and memorable get-togethers. We’ve hired the function room several times, and it’s somewhere we always know we’ll have a great time together.
It’s a pleasure to continue supplying The Down Inn and to remain part of a place that has meant so much to my family over the years.
I first met Donna while she was working for one of my existing customers. It was a busy coffee shop, and I was always impressed by how calmly she kept everything running. No matter how busy it became, Donna somehow managed to juggle countless jobs at once while always remaining organised and welcoming.
When Donna told me she was opening her own coffee shop alongside her dad’s business, Lewis Motors in Kinlet, and asked if I’d supply the coffee, I didn’t hesitate. I knew she would create something special and that she’d take great pride in serving Danielle’s Coffee.
Not long afterwards, Donna shared the exciting news that she was expecting triplets. I’ll be honest, I wondered how she would possibly manage to balance running a café with three little girls.
Well… she proved me completely wrong!
Today, CJ’s Kinlet is thriving, and somehow Donna manages to run a fantastic café while raising three happy little girls. I honestly don’t know how she does it, but she does it with the same determination, organisation and positivity that first impressed me all those years ago.
Donna is an inspiration, and I’m incredibly proud that Danielle’s Coffee has been part of her journey from the very beginning. She really does have superpowers!
I receive lots of enquiries from people looking to serve Danielle’s Coffee in their businesses, but Tracy’s email really stood out because she was only a couple of miles from my home at the time.
As luck would have it, my mum and dad were visiting and keeping the boys entertained, so I asked Tracy if I could pop over that very afternoon with a selection of coffees for her to try.
When I arrived, I found a truly beautiful setting. A peaceful pond, surrounded by countryside, with an outbuilding that was soon to become Tea By The Way. We sat together in Tracy’s wonderful farmhouse kitchen, where her coffee machine was already set up and waiting.
I’ll admit, I was a little concerned at first. The equipment was designed for home use rather than a busy café, but my passion for coffee quickly took over. We experimented, adjusted the grinder, fine-tuned the machine and kept tasting until we were both happy. In the end, we produced a delicious cup of coffee and chose my Mocha Java Blend as the perfect coffee for the café.
Tea By The Way welcomed its first customers in 2025, opening seasonally in one of the most idyllic locations imaginable. When I returned the following season with another delivery, it was wonderful to see the café bustling with visitors enjoying coffee, cake and the beautiful surroundings.
Even better, Tracy had invested in a second-hand commercial coffee machine and asked my coffee engineer to get it up and running. Seeing her confidence grow and watching her proudly serve fantastic coffee has been incredibly rewarding.
Tracy, you really do make a cracking cup of coffee, and I’m delighted that Danielle’s Coffee has been part of your journey from the very beginning.
Lucy is one of my oldest and dearest friends. We met over 20 years ago while working together at Rick Stein’s Seafood Restaurant in Padstow, Cornwall. I was 17 when I moved to Cornwall, living with my aunt and uncle before starting work at the restaurant. That’s where I met Lucy, a true Cornish girl, and we quickly became friends. We worked long split shifts together through the busy summer months, but despite the long hours, we always managed to find time for a glass of wine and a good laugh after work.
Over the years we’ve shared holidays, countless memories and, most importantly, a lifelong friendship.
It was therefore very special when Lucy asked if she’d be able to serve Danielle’s Coffee in her own business. She originally opened a coffee cart at a caravan park in Trevone, where she became a fantastic barista and proudly served my coffee.
Since then, Lucy and her husband have combined their talents to create Kits Nursery, bringing together their passion for landscaping, beautiful plants and garden design. Every time I visit, I’m amazed by how much knowledge Lucy has gained and the care she puts into helping customers choose the perfect plants for their gardens.
I’m delighted that Danielle’s Coffee has continued to be part of Lucy’s journey. Every trip to Cornwall means catching up over a coffee, sharing what’s been happening in our lives and seeing everything that Lucy and her husband have created together.
I’ve been supplying Van Chaud since 2014, when Mark and Sally first introduced Danielle’s Coffee to their beautifully restored vintage Citroën H van. I have such fond memories of spending time with them, carrying out barista training and helping them choose the perfect Italian Blend, which is still served today. The partnership between Danielle’s Coffee and Van Chaud continues to this day.
When Mark and Sally sold the business to Jen in 2018, I was so pleased that she chose to continue serving Danielle’s Coffee. In fact, Jen and I have never actually met, which makes this partnership even more special.
From the very beginning, Jen placed her trust in me and my business, based on the kind words from Mark and Sally and, of course, the taste of the coffee itself. Over the years, her thoughtful messages, patience and kindness have always shone through. Even though we’ve never met in person, she’s one of those customers I genuinely look forward to hearing from.
Looking at everything Jen has achieved with Van Chaud, it’s clear she’s carried on the legacy beautifully. The van has so much character, and seeing it continue to appear at wonderful events while proudly serving Danielle’s Coffee is something I’m incredibly proud to be part of.
Jen, I hope we finally get to meet one day. Until then, thank you for continuing the journey with Danielle’s Coffee.
Whenever Danielle’s Coffee attends local food festivals, it is always a great opportunity to meet passionate people from the food and drink industry. It was at the Ludlow Food Festival in 2017 that I first met Nick, the founder of Hobsons Brewery. We swapped products that day – I enjoyed one of Nick’s beers, and Nick enjoyed one of my coffees.
Not long afterwards, Nick invited me to the brewery to meet the team and give a coffee demonstration. Although Hobsons is a brewery rather than a café, Nick has always had a real passion for great coffee.
To this day, Hobsons Brewery continues to order boxes of Danielle’s Coffee for the team and their visitors. It’s always a pleasure working with people who appreciate quality, whatever their speciality may be.
It’s great to know you, Nick. Thank you for your continued support over the years, and I’ll see you soon for a beer!
Millie’s Tearoom is set in one of the most picturesque locations in Shropshire, overlooking the beautiful Daniels Mill, where you can watch the steam trains passing by. It’s an idyllic setting that brings back so many happy childhood memories for me.
My Nan and Grandad lived right next door to Daniels Mill when I was growing up, so I spent a lot of time here as a child. Every visit reminds me of those wonderful days, making it somewhere I always enjoy returning to.
I’d worked with the previous owner for many years at her former café, and when she moved to this beautiful location she chose to continue serving Danielle’s Coffee. More recently, Anita has taken over the tearoom and decided to carry on serving my Italian Blend too, which is always lovely when a new owner chooses to continue the partnership.
My dad has already delivered to Anita a couple of times, but I’m really looking forward to visiting soon to see her own ideas and vision for the tearoom.
I wish Anita every success in this exciting new chapter, and I can’t wait to call in for a coffee on my next visit.
This one is for my dad, Colin.
If it wasn’t for my dad, I simply wouldn’t be where I am today… quite literally! But when it comes to Danielle’s Coffee, he’s also played a huge part in helping the business grow. When my eldest son, Frank, was born at the beginning of 2021, Dad stepped in to help with deliveries so I could spend precious time with my family. He never really stopped helping, and I’m incredibly grateful for everything he continues to do behind the scenes.
Dad is a true free spirit with a real passion for antiques and an incredible ability to see potential where others don’t. I often joke that he’s a bit like Del Boy! Whenever he has a spare moment, you’ll usually find him watching Find It, Fix It, Flog It or searching for his next interesting find.
It’s no surprise then that he loves delivering to Salvage Antiques. Adrian shares that same passion, and over the years they’ve enjoyed chatting about antiques, swapping stories and showing each other their latest discoveries. What started as a coffee delivery has become one of the highlights of Dad’s delivery rounds.
Adrian serves my Italian Coffee Blend, and it’s always lovely to hear how much both he and his customers enjoy it. In fact, he often tells me he’ll never change because the feedback is so positive.
More recently, I popped in with my youngest son, Jimmy, and Adrian brought out some antique toy cars for him to play with while I sat down and enjoyed a coffee. It’s thoughtful touches like these that make Salvage Antiques so special and such a pleasure to work with. Their warm hospitality and genuine welcome are exactly what make independent businesses so memorable.
And if you visit, don’t leave without trying Adrian’s homemade sausage rolls or freshly baked scones—they’re absolutely delicious!
I’m incredibly grateful that Dad and I have built such a wonderful relationship with Adrian, and I’m delighted that Danielle’s Coffee continues to be part of this unique and welcoming business.
