Our Story

Hi, I’m Danielle.

I founded Danielle’s Coffee in 2010 with one simple goal: to help independent businesses serve coffee they’re genuinely proud of.

My journey into coffee began in 2005 when I moved from my hometown of Bridgnorth, Shropshire, to Padstow, Cornwall to work with Rick Stein. What started as a role in hospitality quickly became a passion. I became Rick Stein’s Head Barista and Trainer, and from there my career in speciality coffee continued to grow.

Over the years, I’ve been fortunate enough to experience almost every part of the coffee industry. I’ve worked as a barista, launched and managed a coffee shop from the ground up, roasted coffee, trained baristas across the UK, reached the UK Barista Championship Finals twice, judged competitions as a UKBC Sensory Judge and Committee Member, and become an Authorised Trainer for the Specialty Coffee Association. Every step of that journey has given me a deeper understanding of what it takes to create exceptional coffee and run a successful coffee business.

But the biggest lesson I’ve learned is that great coffee is about people.

We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Every business is different, so we take the time to understand your needs. Whether that’s helping you choose the perfect blend, dialling in your espresso machine, training your team, or providing ongoing support as your business grows, we’re with you every step of the way.

Our coffee blends have been carefully developed and refined over many years. Each one has its own unique character, allowing businesses to serve a coffee that reflects their own identity rather than offering the same coffee as everyone else. Combined with personalised training and ongoing support, our aim is to help every customer serve consistently exceptional coffee with confidence.

Today, Danielle’s Coffee continues to source and roast exceptional coffees while remaining true to the values it was built on over 15 years ago: exceptional coffee, genuine relationships and personal service you can rely on.
