Hi, I’m Danielle

I set up Danielle’s Coffee in May 2010, after being compelled by the coffee industry and being involved in a lot of the aspects of it over the years, A barista, a barista trainer all over the country, A coffee roaster, A coffee shop manager, A UKBC Finalist, twice, A UKBC sensory judge & committee member, an authorised trainer for the speciality coffee association of Europe.

My passion started when I moved to Padstow, Cornwall from my home town of Bridgnorth, Shropshire in 2005 to get some work experience with Celebrity chef Rick Stein, I was there for 3 years learning the hospitality industry, customer service, wine, food but most of all coffee & became Rick Steins head barista & trainer. My coffee career started snowballing from there.

The blends I have been creating & adapting over my years as a coffee enthusiast & I really have put some love & passion into each one, there are many to choose from meaning no-one has to have the same, an it can be unique to your company, in your area, with your logo & branding.

Once you have picked your coffee, I am your coffee consultant & will make sure you have the correct profiles set up on the machine for the coffee you have & will support all new & old members of staff to create consistently amazing tasting coffees every time. I have a great team in place which make sure every stage sourcing, roasting, blending & finally myself doing the training is as good as it can be.

The acquisition of new customers has been an exhilarating process for me and I relish the opportunity to work with more business people; ultimately helping them to achieve the very best of training and equipment to suit their needs.
