Since leaving Rick Steins I have been the manager of 2 very busy coffee shops, roasted coffee professionally & was a barista trainer all over the UK for a coffee company based in Yorkshire. I set up Danielle’s Coffee back in my home town of Bridgnorth Shropshire in 2010, following my dream to improve coffee standards for independent coffee shops, restaurants & hotels in Shropshire & beyond.

Danielle’s Coffee has a huge range of unique speciality coffee blends & single origins, from the most exclusive & complex to the most basic, All of which are selected & roasted to the highest standards & quality. I design my own coffee blends & cater barista training courses around each individual business.
